Taking Backup Bookmarks in Mozilla Firefox – Import and Export
I have seen in the many offices that people works for a long time and spend their almost spend their whole time in surfing internet and doing other work. And they eventually bookmark the valuable website which they seems to be useful and wish to use on daily basis. But what if, if their system got crash suddenly and they don’t remember the list of bookmark.
We all should take backup bookmarks in Mozilla Firefox in order to prevent from this happening, we should take its backup after a while, in a month or quarterly and keep it on safer place. So start taking backup bookmarks in Mozilla Firefox step by step.
I am writing one simple step by which you as end user can take backup of your bookmark from Mozilla Firefox browser and import whenever you want.
You may follow below step to import and export your bookmarks
Steps: Open Firefox browser > select Bookmarks menu > click on Show All Bookmarks or Organize Bookmarks.
A screen will pop up like below snap.
Then select Import and Backup option at top of the screen. Choose Export to take backup of your bookmarks and choose Import if you wish to restore backup from already exported file.
It is always best practice to take backup of your browser bookmarks from time to time. It is very important while you are working in large organization and surf internet a lot and bookmark many site daily basic and wish to use these website further.
